Rebates may vary from fund to fund and depend on the specific level of policy you hold. Please contact your health insurance provider to ask any questions you have about your eligibility, level of rebate and claiming process.
Medicare Rebates and Referrals
Patients who are managing a complex medical condition and referred by their GP on a Chronic Disease Management plan, may access a Medicare rebate for services provided by our exercise physiologists. Rebates are available for up to five sessions per calendar year.

We have HICAPS available for any electronic claims required across our full range of services. Bring in your health care card to access these benefits. Payment is accepted via cash EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard.
